All orders are shipped via Direct Freight Express from our Dandenong South Warehouse.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days via Direct Freight Express, and are by default Authority To Leave, should you wish for someone to be present to sign, please let us know when you place your order. Free shipping applies to all Australian capital cities and major rural areas up to 50km. Please contact us to confirm shipping price for other rural areas

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept change of mind returns.

DEFECTIVE

Should your item arrive defective, please email sales@ballbrands.com.au, and include the following information:

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
Your name, address, and defective product
Whether you would like a refund or exchange.

If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
